 Shipping Policy

There is a flat rate shipping fee on all orders of $7.95 under $95

All orders generally ship within 3-5 business days from the time of order.

(please allow more time during launch/sale season) 

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can follow your package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy

To initiate a return visit our Returns portal by clicking here

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Full price merchandise is eligible for refund if returned within 7 days from the day you received your order.

If the items are received later than 7 days it is the customers responsibility to come pick it up.

All items must be in original/unworn condition with all original tags and labels attached to be eligible for a refund.

There is a $3.00 restocking fee for each returned item.

If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise, $95 from the order, we will charge the original shipping fee of $7.95

Please note there will be an $10.00 charge for a return label 

To ensure you receive the item you want in a timely fashion we don't offer exchanges on orders, if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Please note, we will try our best to accommodate order editing requests.

However, if you're order is already in fulfillment process we cannot edit anymore. 

Sales and Discounts

Items purchased at 20% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Please note, in a case where a select order item(s) (on sale) is out of stock, you will be refunded for that item and the rest of your order will be shipped out. We will not accept returns on the other order items. 

All orders containing sales items CANNOT be edited. 

Return Process

Please be sure to read our Return Policies, above.

A return label must be issued through our returns portal for you to ship back your package.

You must include the original shipping note in the return package

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note there will be an $10.00 charge for a return label 

Please allow 7-10 days from our receipt of your return for your refund to come through.

Absolutely no drop-off returns will be accepted.
